Gel-git

According to master marbler Galen Berry, the pattern on this tie sold by the Smithsonian is called "Gel-git" (hard g's), which is Turkish for "coming and going."

It is an exciting dynamic pattern -I like it .I like the way it was named ,too. Sometimes it happened to me as well giving an oriental name to my necktie design ... e.g .Anandalahari a sanskrit word..
