Johnny Carson is still at the top of the heap of late-night talk show hosts. The glyphs and icons on this Johnny Carson tie may have been a 1970s attempt at "tribal", but they more resemble current depictions of extraterrestrial writing. The polyester material is the most unpolyesterlike I have ever encountered; I have never seen this particular strain anywhere else, which is too bad, because it's quite nice.
